Teaching

Within our group we offer a range of research opportunities for medical doctors, nurses and allied health professionals, such as contribution to observational studies, supervision of postgraduate degrees and the opportunity to act as associate Principal Investigator for major multi-centre studies.

We supervise student doctors during electives and special study modules and offer clinical and research placements for final year and Master students students.

Intensive Care Medicine

I am the Undergraduate Educational Lead for Critical Care at the Royal Liverpool University Hospital. I regularly supervise Medical Students for their SAMP placement in Critical Care, students doing electives and where eligible, exchange students from overseas.
