Teaching

As an English for Academic Purposes (EAP) tutor at the University of Liverpool, my role involves supporting students in developing the academic language and skills they need to succeed across a variety of disciplines. I teach courses tailored to the specific linguistic and academic requirements of diverse programmes, including:

- Academic Language and Skills for MA in TESOL and Applied Linguistics
- Academic Language and Skills for MSc in Sports Business and Management
- Academic Writing for Chemistry PhD Programmes
- Dissertation Preparation

In addition to these teaching roles, I am responsible for curriculum development and course design in the following capacities:

- Module Coordinator for ENGL108 / ENGL118 – English for Academic Purposes – An undergraduate course created to help international exchange students adapt to academic language and practices.

Speaking at University – A course I developed and currently teach as part of the Library's KnowHow service, designed to build students’ confidence and skills in academic speaking contexts.
