Trishna Chauhan is a Lecturer in the Work, Organisation and Management (WOM) Group. Prior to joining the University of Liverpool Management School, she completed her PhD at Warwick Business School, obtaining a fully-funded scholarship from the NIHR. Using a qualitative lens, her research interests broadly reside in paradox theory, identity work, inequalities and policy, particularly in healthcare organisations. She also holds a BSc (hons) in Psychology and a MSc in Research Methods.
