Research

Treasa focuses her research on services marketing and applies her research interests of services marketing to the Higher education sector. To date Treasa has published in journals such as Journal of Service Management, Journal of Business Research, Journal of Marketing Management, Innovations in Teaching and Education International. Her research focuses on the area of Transformation Service Research (TSR), value co-creation and customer service experiences. She has worked on projects relating to food poverty, times of conflict and Higher Education.
