Samah Shaffakat is a senior lecturer in Organizational Behavior at the University of Liverpool Management School. Prior to joining the University of Liverpool Management School, she held a lecturership at LJMU and a postdoctoral position at INSEAD. Her research interests are in the areas of leadership, leadership development, mindfulness, psychological contracts, change management, emotions and personality. She has published academic papers in leading journals, co-authored a book, and has presented her research at national and international conferences and workshops.
