Teaching

I am regularly invited to and have delivered presentations at International Conferences including the world's largest general Cardiology (European Society of Cardiology), Heart Failure (ESC Heart Failure Association) and Cardiac MRI conferences.

I have an established National profile, helping shape Teaching more widely through my roles serving on various Committees of the British Society of Echocardiography (Education: 2008-2015; Communications: 2010-2012; Guidelines & Protocols: 2011-2012).

I have been the 3rd year Medical Student Lead at Aintree Hospital (part of LUFT) for students rotating through Cardiology placements since 2017. I am currently the Medical Undergraduate Cardiology Lead at Liverpool University Hospital NHS Foundation Trust (Aintree site) and also formally supervise Postgraduate trainees as an Educational Supervisor.
