Teaching
I currently teach over a number of core Human Resource Management subject areas and lead our second year undergraduate Leadership module (ULMS266). I have recently supported modules concerned with Strategic Human Resource Management and strict Organizational Strategy (ULMS765).
I am also supervising several postgraduate Human Resouce Management studies concerned with a number of important HRM topics including flexible working, diversity management, overwork and effective management of employees with autism spectrum disorder (ULMS840).
I have been an Associate Teaching Fellow with Higher Education Association since 2019.
