Teaching
Music Performance Research
I teach students research skills associated with music performance and help them to develop their ideas into research projects whatever the output.
Conducting
As well as teaching a dedicated introductory second-year module, I teach conducting at all levels drawing on my experience of conducting, directing, and leading in a wide range of professional, community, and educational contexts.
Performance: Vocal and Instrumental
I teach the classical strand of performance modules mainly to MMus students, and I oversee all instrumental and vocal tuition at undergraduate and postgraduate levels.
