Food Security and Sustainability
Cross-disciplinary approaches and sustainability into teaching as a member of a "Challenges in Sustainability" initiative including modules and teachers from Civil Engineering, Geography and Planning, Management School, Architecture and Biology, focussing on authentic assessment in the Living Laboratory of the Liverpool Knowledge Quarter. This initiative gained national recognition as a finalist in the 2016 Green Gown Awards.
