Outreach STEMM Champion, 2014-2021 National Athena Swan National Panalist, CIPD Key Note Speaker Northern Area Partnership CIPD 2015-20, CIPD Chairperson for the regional Research and Strategy Special Interest Group for 8 years.

My scholary design pedagogy context:- my doctoral research in high performance work systems alongside my standing as senior fellow of the HEA has reulted in innovative and transformative teaching practice. I have been nominated 4 times for institution awards, receiving recognition by orif Janet Beer in previous graduation ceremonies for this accolade. In addition, I have received 6 schools awards for pedagogical scholarship and exceptional students experience and teaching success over the past 10 years.  These nominations are a demonstration of the esteem I am held in by colleagues, students and the leadership team. My commitment to improving teaching scholarship over many years has ensured our students are the VIP’s and that I have gained expertise in my scholarly field. 
 
My underpinning pedagogical scholarship:- The working pedagogical principles I use focus on removing academic glass walls and ceilings theory being a hybrid learning paradigms of meaningful, discovery and mastery learning, be that digital accessibility in learning and teaching we used scaffolding, communities of practice and radical behaviourism, inclusive pedagogy for neuro diverse students using zone of proximal development and radical constructivism, and pedagogical inclusive transitions for our international cohort to the UK education system using social and radical constructivism, authentic assessment and high performance pedagogy pivoting the individual student as opposed to the collective using multiple intelligence and experiential learning styles.  This depth of excellence in being able to intermingle learning paradigms and learning theorists with key concepts is how I underpin student success, it is not an accident, but rather by design that the complex and immersive teaching pedagogy hybrid is successful. 
  
Transferability of the approach to other contexts:-  Dissemination has hybrid has been in place over years, the hybrid pedagogy has been constantly enhanced to the point it is today.  The development phases of each pedagogy and the hybrid of these pedagogy have been presented to the Higher Education Academy, the Society for Research into Higher Education, Organisational Learning Knowledge Conference, University of Liverpool Learning and Teaching conference and British Academy of Management and informed several other national and international universities as a result of these conferences.  My social media contributions having recieved over 6000 LinkedIn views from fellow academics, industry leader, experts by practice and alumni so rest assured it is immersed in academic scholarly excellence and its research goes beyond the UK boarders. I am convinced through studeny attainment and feedback that the above summation is why my scholarly impact on students confidence and their future success is truly benefiting from professional teaching expertise
