Research

Research Interest 1

My research focus is on "Vascular and Haemostatic Dysfunction". The work encompasses molecular and biological scientific approaches to clinical diagnostic applications. In particular, we are interested in the mechanisms that link coagulation, inflammation and lipid metabolism. The disease areas of relevance are sepsis, disseminated intravascular coagulation and atherosclerosis.
