Professional Activities
I maintain external links with the Chartered Institute of Procurement and Supply (CIPS) and have involved CIPS on two recent research projects. I also have developed links with the central government procurement (Crown Commercial Service) as well as policy influencing relationships with the UK Home Office and Cabinet Office, as well as with NGOs including the Ethical Trading Initiative and Stronger Together. Locally, I maintain lines with networking groups such as the Mersey Dee Alliance (MDA) and chambers of commerce.
Academic engagement and personal development is maintained through membership of EurOMA and IPSERA, as well as research international collaborations in Australia, France and Finland.
