Anna Garnett graduated with a BA, MA and PhD in Egyptology from the University of Liverpool. Her PhD dissertation focused on the development and use of sacred landscapes in the Eastern Desert of Egypt.
Anna is the Curator of the Petrie Museum of Egyptian and Sudanese Archaeology, University College London. She has previously worked at several local, national and university museums in the UK, and has has participated in several international field projects as Ceramicist and Finds Registrar in Egypt and Sudan for over a decade, including current work with the Amarna Project.
