About
I hold an MEng in Mechanical Engineering from University of Liverpool, where I completed a dissertation on the characterization of ship landing deck airwakes. I earned my PhD with a focus on laser ignition of internal combustion engines, devising a method for combustion event feedback control using dual pulse laser ignition.
As a Postdoctoral Researcher, I contributed to the national RAI Hub ORCA, developing a simulation environment to verify the operation of a UAS around an oil rig. Subsequently, I worked on the EU-wide PASCAL project, where I simulated autonomous air taxi missions across Liverpool.
Currently, I am a Lecturer in Aerospace Engineering. My research interests include the robust testing of autonomous systems, while my teaching interests encompass numerical methods, modelling and simulation, and autonomy.
