Self-reflection Logs

Making time and space for reflection enables an individual to improve both professionally and personally. We encourage all Research Staff Conference participants to switch off emails and phones for 30 minutes (whether in the middle or beginning of the day), and, using the dedicated space and time, to reflect on learnings from the conference.

We have provided the two reflection logs below, but you are also very welcome to reflect using a different model. These logs are entirely self-directed and personal.

Our hope is that by providing these logs, you will be able to delve deeper than just ‘what happened’ during the fast-paced sessions, enabling you to think about what actions on your part are needed to make the difference.
