Professional Activities

Throughout her career Sue has worked with external stakeholders and national policy groups and agencies. She is used to working in complex stakeholder environments working collaboratively with Local Authority Chief Executives, Leaders and Business Leaders through Boards and stakeholder groups to set and deliver strategic priorities for economic growth. Sue has close working relationships with the Liverpool City Region Combined Authority, its six Local Authorities and a wide range of public and private stakeholders. In 2021 Sue was seconded to Liverpool City Council (two days per week) to provide strategic support to mobilise the engagement of the Team Liverpool partnership in the development and implementation of the City Plan. In 2024 Sue was appointed as a member of the Liverpool City Region Strategic Investment Advisory Panel.
