Dental Public Health
I currently contribute to teaching Dental Public Health to dental undergraduate in Liverpool. Previously I have designed and led Masters in Dental Science modules on Dental Research Methods and Dental Public Health, and been involved with curriculum development of the dental undergraduate course. I am co-editor of a widely used international textbook ‘Community Oral Health’ published by Quintessence Publishing. I supervise a number of PhD and Doctorate of Dental Dental Science students, and have been an external examiner for several Doctorate students in the UK, Scandinavia and Hong Kong.
Psychology and Sociology as Applied to Medicine
I contribute to teaching Psychology and Sociology as Applied to Medicine to undergraduate medical students in Liverpool and am involved in revision of the undergraduate medical curriculum in this area.
