    Research collaborations

    Christian Ottensmeier

    Immunotherapy for glioblastoma

I co-supervise a PhD with Professor Ottensmeier working on the spatial and temporal changes in the immune microenvironment of glioblastoma.

    Harish Poptani

    Preclinical imaging of brain tumours

I work with Professor Poptani and his group to study preclinical imaging features of primary and metastatic brain tumours with a view to improving and optimising our care in the clinic.

    Carlo Palmieri

    Brain metastases from breast cancer

We work with Professor Palmieri and post doctoral researcher Dr Athina Giannoudis to understand the mechanisms and targets of breast cancer-brain metastases.

    Michaela Lorger

    Optimising the resonse to immunotherapy

    University of Leeds

I work with Dr Lorger to facilitate her research into the role of extracranial disease in brain metastases colonisation and response to immunotherapy, supervising a joint MRC DiMeN PhD studentship.

    Priscilla Brastianos

Tumour evolution in response to immunotherapy

    Harvard University, Broad Institute

We work with Professor Brastianos and her group to study the changes in brain metastases induced by immunotherapy to understand treatment response and improve outcomes.

    Nicola Sibson

    Understanding the tumour boundary

    University of Oxford

We work with Professor Sibson's group on studying and characterising the invasive margins of brain metastases to better understand and treat this pathology.
