About
Within the Centre for Proteomic Research (C4PR) I analyse and process facility samples and am the point of contact for NEOF pilot project grants involving proteomics analysis. I'm also interested in the use of R to build tools for processing, analysing and visualising MS data.
Prior to joining the C4PR I obtained my PhD from Dublin City University in 2023. My thesis investigated approaches and pathways relevant to cellular flocculation in CHO cells and used both cell engineering and proteomic based approaches. Prior to my PhD I worked for the Mammalian Research and Technology Team at Lonza Biologics as a Senior Scientist performing product quality and process characterisation analysis to support both cell line and product purification development programmes.
