Professional Activities
I am The Editor-In-Chief for the international peer-reviewed "Journal of Radiotherapy in Practice".
As co-author for the CT Anatomy for Radiotherapy textbook, I am pleased that the second edition is now selling well; this includes new sections on lymph node identification as well as updated and refreshed sections reflecting the progress in technological development and professional practice in radiotherapy.
I am a co-editor for the best-selling Walter and Miller's Textbook of Radiotherapy which is now 50 years old and in its 9th edition.
I have a particular passion for mentoring students with research and two students last year pursued primary research projects which were both submitted for publication. This success is on track to be repeated this year with another five undergraduate students undertaking a collaborative project with the Christie in Manchester and another three at Clatterbridge.
