Teaching
I am currently teaching on intersections of individualism, teams, cultures, and leadership psychology, contributing to workforce development and professional learning with system-level focus. This is a highly intense and intensive practice as it challenges social norms for learning which are long established in organisational models across the world. In this direction, I am interested in organisational impact for practical improvement in service models and service reception.
In teaching design and delivery, I enjoy both classical and non-conventional methodologies, particularly utilising every teaching opportunity for creating a novel learning experience adapted to learners' needs. I am specifically interested in raising awareness and knowledge of the difficulties faced by individuals who live with various physical and learning disabilities and those who find established and socially constructed communication models challenging and difficult. Delivering with new methodologies is specifically of interest to me, for improving the learning experiences of neurodivergent learners in all areas, including individual assessments, teaching and learning strategies and bespoke interventions.
