About
Manuel F. Ramirez is a Lecturer in Organisation Studies at the University of Liverpool Management School. He has a Ph.D. in Business Administration from Grenoble Ecole de Management, France.
His research focuses on the relationship between organisations and the global ecological crisis. He is currently investigating how climate imaginaries can be changed to address climate change, the role of internal activists in changing climate imaginaries, and how researchers can collaborate with internal activists to integrate theory and practice. His work has been published in the Human Resource Management Journal.
In 2023, he received the Academy of Management Learning & Education Best Emerging Reviewer Award.
