Magdalena is a Lecturer of Strategy and Entrepreneurship at the University of Liverpool Management School. Working at the intersection of governance, strategy, and entrepreneurship, her research focuses on two core areas: organizational transformation and social entrepreneurship, particularly in hybrid organizations such as social enterprises. Her research aims to shed light on the process of organizational transformation of social enterprises which her work defines as dehybridization.
Magdalena has joined the department of Strategy, International Business, and Entrepreneurship after completing her doctoral studies at the Said Business School, University of Oxford. Prior to her doctoral studies, Magdalena completed her Master in Management at ESCP Europe in Paris, Berlin, and London with a specialization in sustainability and enterprise build-up. Prior to her masters studies she completed her undergraduate degree in International Business at the Sprott School of Business at Carleton University in Ottawa, Canada with a specialization in International Human Resources and Strategic Management with a minor in German.
