Research
Integrative Genomics of Ageing
Although our work integrates different strategies, its focal point is developing and applying experimental and computational methods that help bridge the gap between genotype and phenotype, a major challenge of the post-genome era, and help decipher the human genome and how it regulates complex processes like ageing. Ongoing projects involve cellular models and stem cells, systems biology of ageing, genetics of caloric restriction, cancer genomics, comparative and evolutionary genomics, and biology of long-lived organisms. Please see our lab website for further details and publications/reprints. The databases and computational resources we develop are also available online.
