Graduated in Biomedical Engineering from the Federal University of Uberlândia (2011), a master's degree in Electrical Engineering from the Federal University of Uberlândia (2014) and a PhD in Electrical Engineering from the Federal University of Uberlândia (2019), with a period abroad at the University of Strathclyde, Glasgow, United Kingdom (2017), and collaboration with researchers from the Human Rehabilitation and Movement Laboratory at Universidade Nove de Julho (2014 - 2017), São Paulo, and Universidade Unievangélica, Anápolis, Goiás (2018 - 2022). She was an adjunct professor at the Faculty of Electrical and Biomedical Engineering, based at the Institute of Technology of the Federal University of Pará. Currently, she is a postdoctoral research associate at the Department of Musculoskeletal and Aging Science at the University of Liverpool, Liverpool, United Kingdom. She has experience in the Biomedical Engineering area, working mainly on the following topics: Biomedical Image and Signal Processing, Biomechanics, Assistive Technologies and Biomedical Instrumentation.
