About
I am a cognitive and data scientist interested in statistically modelling human cognition in experimental, clinical, and educational settings. In 2017, I completed a PhD in Psychology at the University of Liverpool (UK) with a thesis on cognitive training programmes, which earned me the APS Rising Star Award 2021. After the PhD, I moved to Japan and spent five years in several universities and medical institutions working on the cognitive, psycho-social, and biological correlates of successful ageing.
In 2023, I began a lectureship at the University of Liverpool. My research focuses on modelling ageing-associated cognitive decline and dementia via machine learning.
