About

Arthur Taylor is a Research Associate at the University of Liverpool, UK. His interests lie in the development of imaging methods to determine the biodistribution and fate of cells in vivo. As tools for this purpose, he uses a suite of technologies including magnetic resonance and bioluminescence imaging. His methods are mainly applied towards understanding how cell-based therapies, particularly those involving stem cells, might act in different models of disease. Before moving to Liverpool, Arthur obtained his PhD from the Dresden University of Technology (Germany) and a double MSc degree from the Delft University of Technology (The Netherlands) and the Dresden University of Technology (Germany). He completed his bachelor’s degree at the Federal University of Santa Catarina (Brazil).
