Introducing Enhance, an innovative addition to our master’s careers and personal development offering designed to empower you to go further and succeed in a competitive global job market.
Our sector-leading, expert-led portfolio of bespoke support exclusive to master’s students aims to inspire your University experience and enrich your life at ULMS. Through a series of dedicated weeks each semester, we strive to improve your wellbeing, strengthen connections with industry and develop employability skills.
How the programme works
The Enhance programme events will take place in Week 1 and 7 in Semester 1 and are packed with activities, workshops, and events tailored to boost your employability, enabling you to extend and deepen social connections and develop a sense of community whilst building a strong understanding of how recruiters choose their candidates.
Building on Semester 1, the programme will continue in Week 6 and 12 of Semester 2 with a focus on work-based learning opportunities, development of employment skills aligned to your course and wellbeing support to help you during dissertation week.
