PhD community

Meet our PhD students and discover how they are breaking new ground with their innovative research and ideas.

We have a vibrant community of over 100 international PhD students, pursuing research in a vast range of business-related topics in accounting and finance, economics and management.

Our PhD students are an integral part of our the Management School's research ecosystem. This means that when you join us you become an active member of one of our six subject groups, with access to the same facilities, research opportunities and training as the rest of the academic in your area.

We also have six research centres aimed at facilitating funding and bringing together expert researchers across the School and University.  All of our PhD welcome to join the centre which best matches their research interests.

In addition to all the available support for your academic and professional development, every year we organise a PhD Mini-Conference and awards ceremony to celebrate our PhD students' achievements.

We are looking forward for you to become a member of our PhD community!
