About
I joined the University of Liverpool Management School as a Lecturer in Marketing in April 2021. Prior to this position, I was a PhD candidate in Marketing at the University of Leeds. I also hold an MSc in International Marketing Management from the University of Leeds. I focus on two streams of literature. As robots become more human-like and humans become more robot-like in the age of advanced technology, I am very interested in (1) the manifestations of dehumanization (e.g., reducing humans into robot-like actions) in the marketplace and (2) effective marketing strategies and tactics for technology-based service (e.g., self-service technology, e-commercial websites).
