What does it involve?
Developed by experts in the field of leadership and management, this unique programme employs an integrated delivery model, incorporating seven distinct elements over a seven month period.

The programme is aimed at owners and senior managers in small businesses in the Liverpool City Region.

Element three - business coaching

You will receive four individual coaching sessions from experts from a wide range of sectors to help you devise a strategy to take your business forward. You will have the opportunity to choose from a range of coaches from diverse backgrounds, all of whom have run businesses successfully themselves.
Element four - action learning meetings
Four action learning set meetings, a non executive 'board of your peers' to help you identify the most appropriate course of action to solve difficult and deep rooted problems.
Element five - business shadowing
A business shadowing experience with another participant on the programme to see how others overcome business challenges, allowing you to reflect on your own practices.
Element six - skills workshops
Skills workshops and consolidation days will reflect on your experiences on the programme and are a vital component. You will be asked to identify key learning points throughout the programme and share how they have been applied and impacted on the growth of your business.
