Huyan has been a Senior Overseas Project Manager at China National Offshore Oil Corporation (CNOOC) , one of the three largest national oil & gas corporations in China, since 2007. He was previously Media & Government Relations Manager at CNOOC Limited Shenzhen from 2002 to 2007 and, prior to that, Editor of CNOOC's Bilingual House Journal; in total, Huyan has more than 20 years' experience in the oil and gas industry. In addition to his MBA from the University of Liverpool, Huyan graduated with a Bachelor of Arts degree in English Language and Literature from Beijing Foreign Studies University.

Ailsa is currently Associate HR Director of Mead Johnson Nutrition. She started her career in Honda China as a Recruiting Specialist and supported Honda China from a newly built factory with only about 60 staff to a well-established mass production plant with 1600+ employees by recruiting over 1500 people in three years. She has worked at Adidas Sourcing and recruited over 200 technicians and footwear & apparel sourcing professionals in two years. Before joining Mead Johnson, Ailsa worked at Eli Lilly as the Associate HR Director, Staffing. She has built up the Staffing Strategy for Lilly China, introduced diversified activities into their campus program, developed different social media recruiting channels, and smoothly launched the global Recruiting Process Outsourcing (RPO) project. Ailsa holds a Bachelor Degree in Business Administration from Beijing Jiaotong University, an MBA degree in Human Resource Management from the University of Liverpool. She is also a Master of Science in Economics, Finance & Management from the University of Bristol.

Suman is a Strategy Consultant with nine years of Business Advisory & Consulting Services experience. She has advised Government entities in the Gulf on introducing Country level development programs; advised Forbes 10 corporations and other esteemed Multi-National Corporations in Europe on their Route-to-Market strategies in the APAC and MENA region. She has worked extensively with large Business Houses, In-House Strategy departments, and Small-Medium Enterprises on their Go-to-Market and business transformation strategies and has helped firms expand and enter new regions and markets. She has worked across major industries with a focus on Consumer Products, Good, & Retail and the Manufacturing industry in emerging markets.
