Students enrolled at one of our partner universities in Europe, Australasia, North America and Asia, can join us for an overseas adventure where they will gain invaluable life and academic experiences.
We offer a variety of pathways to ensure students enjoy our city, while they gain a well-rounded degree and boost their employability.
All our modules are taught in English, with a wide range of programmes in Accounting and Finance, Business Economics, Business Management Finance and Data Analytics, International Business and Marketing, to choose from.
There are also plenty of social activities students can join, to help them get immersed in our culture and learn outside the classroom.
Semester or year in Liverpool
This option allows undergraduate students to spend six months or a full year doing part of the degree at the Management School, who meet the necessary academic and language entry requirements.
During their time with us, students can undertake modules in their subject area or simply choose modules to complement their degree.
The credits obtained are internationally recognised and can be transferred back to their home country degree.
Whether their time in Liverpool expands the length or modifies the title of the students’ degrees depends on the rules set by their home universities.
This includes decisions on whether the grades obtained at Liverpool impact the students’ final grades, transferability of credits, etc.
International Summer School
With our International Summer School (ISS), overseas students can get a taste of what it's like to study in the UK and become part of a global alumni network.
Students can join us over the summer for three or six weeks and choose from a wide range of academic modules to complement or expand their studies.
After passing these modules, students gain internationally recognised credits, which means they have the potential to be transferred to their homeland degree.
Ther ISS also offers a Social Programme, carefully curated to give students a deep insight into the UK and Liverpool life, and see some stunning sights along the way.
Summer Research Programme
The Management School research powerhouse, with international experts shaping world-class academic thought and making an impact on business practice, policymaking and society.
The Summer Research Programme (SRP) offers international students and immersive experience, working alongside our sector-leading researchers in real projects which often involve industry collaborations.
This is an exceptional opportunity to learn from our experienced academics and get hands-on experience in a research assistant role at a prestigious Russel Group university.
The Management School offers summer research opportunities in projects related to any of our six subject areas and also those led by our research centres.
The SRP is open to undergraduate and postgraduate students from any of our partner universities who meet the necessary academic and language entry requirements.
