If you are a professional staff member with some teaching responsibilities, start your CPD journey by doing FLTHE. If you are a professional staff member with a broad range of teaching responsibilities start your CPD journey by doing the PGCAP. If you have three or more years teaching experience, you are eligible to do ULTRA.

I have never completed any formal teaching qualifications which means this really has been a journey that I have enjoyed and seen real progression in my teaching but has also given the great scope for further development.
