Taking part in the ULTRA programme was a really rewarding experience, it allowed me to reflect on my journey in academia, consider my strengths and areas for development, and consider what's next. Having a mentor as part of the programme allowed me to consider other perspectives, learn from their experience and made completing the programme so much easier!
