PLANNING AND MARKETS

C A L L F O R P A P E R S

Submissions are invited to PLANNING AND MARKETS, a new wholly electronic journal devoted to comparing the merits of planned interventions and market solutions, and to evaluating one approach or the other as applied to a specific policy issue. Anyone doing timely and high quality research in these fields is encouraged to submit papers. Submissions should be original, unpublished in other media, and will be fully referred via email. Preferred length is 4,000-12,000 words. Shorter notes and comments are also sought. Footnotes are discouraged. An abstract not exceeding 100 words should be included. References should be indicated in the text by the surname of the author(s) with the year of publication and relevant pages if a quotation is cited. Submissions should be email attachments of MS Word 5.0 or Corel Wordperfect 6.0 documents.

Prospective authors are strongly encouraged to visit the PAM Planning and Markets website at http://www-pam.usc.edu. Manuscripts may be submitted from the website, or emailed to pamsubmit@usc.edu. There is a $75 submission fee. Inquiries may be emailed to pam@usc.edu.
