Shopping Frequency Questionnaire This is a short questionnaire to examine the role of shopping to see how it impacts on psychological wellbeing, quality of life and physical health. You will be asked about shopping habits, nutritional intake and social interaction. It is open to anyone aged 18 or over and participation is entirely voluntary.
