Flat Caliban of Liverpool, built Winsford 1840, ON 1074, 54t, owned Thomas Perry of Liverpol was driven ashore and wrecked near Greenfield Dock on 21st November 1903. Her register entry was closed in 1905 - so she may have been refloated.

CALIBAN. - Mostyn, Nov. 21, - The flat Caliban from Point of Ayr
for Greenfield, in River Dee, with coal slack, when moored on Greenfield
Bank today, dragged her anchors, bumped heavily and drove higher up the
bank. Soon afterwards the tarpaulin on hatchway burst and the vessel
filled and sank.

next tides.
