Cubbin's Green (Wirral Way): Trees and Shrubs
Cubbin's Green and the area of the Wirral Way adjacent to it has several different types
of land: sea-facing cliff; grassland on cliff top; shrubs; woods; hedgerows.
Nearest to the cliff-face; bramble, gorse, hawthorn, blackthorn, dog-rose
and whitebeam are dominant. In the more sheltered area inland and alongside the Wirral Way, there
is a wider range. Some trees and shrubs are garden escapes.
