QUANTITATIVE ANALYSIS OF SURFACES CONTAMINATED BY RADIOACTIVITY

Use for ³H

1. mark out known area of the surface for analysis

2. Spray the area to be tested with Nuclean (National diagnostics, stock is under the sink in G07)

3. Wipe the surface dry using Nuc-Wipes

4. Dissolve the Nuc-Wipe in any scintillation fluid (5ml).

5. Count in scintillation counter.
