Agent Academy is recognised as a go-to-place for future talent in the North-West, and is founded on the principles of industry taking action to make a positive change to the lives of young people and our communities.
They provide industry designed and delivered learning programmes, giving all young people the opportunity to kickstart long-lasting careers in Creative, Digital and Tech, and creating access to diverse talent for North-West businesses.
Their flexible 11-week digital skills programme, FUSE, aims to upskill graduates living in the Liverpool City Region, to get graduate talent ready for the digital workplace.
FUSE is designed alongside industry to equip learners with the digital skill set that industry is crying out for right now, so that graduates can hit the ground running in digital roles. Packed with industry-designed curriculum and expert masterclasses, FUSE supercharges graduates' skills and propels them into a digital industry career.
The programme will include taught workshops and guest speaker sessions whilst working to a live brief, in order to equip you with the digital skills you need to future-proof your careers within the Liverpool City Region.
Developing your Career Confidence
We want to see you get the job you deserve! You will receive employability workshops and coaching sessions that will ensure that your CV, LinkedIn and interview skills are up-to-scratch for applying for digital careers during and following the bootcamp.
This programme aims to get you a job in industry, and we will work with you to achieve this outcome after the programme is complete.
Streams Available
Digital Marketing - The Digital Marketing stream is suitable for graduates who stand up and shout about the things that matter; and want to make an impact in wide-reaching audiences. If you want to make changes and bring other people along with you, then this is the stream for you.
Digital Campaigns - The Digital Campaigns stream is suitable for graduates with a passion for understanding audiences, creativity, and imagination. In an oversaturated market, getting the word out about initiatives that will help people’s lives can be difficult. Understanding how to connect to audiences using creative and innovative campaigns is an in-demand skill, particularly in how to capture the attention of digital audiences.
Eligibility criteria
In order to participate in this scheme you must have/be:
- Graduated from the University of Liverpool in the last 4 years
- Currently live in the Liverpool City Region (Halton; Knowsley; Liverpool; Sefton; St Helens; Wirral)
- Be a UK citizen with “right to work” documentation or currently hold a graduate work visa
- Not currently be in Further Study / Postgraduate Study
You do not need to be unemployed to participate – In fact, we encourage applications from graduates looking to develop in their career, are self-employed or who are looking for a career change!
How to get involved
Initial interest needs to be registered via the Handshake app. If you currently do not have a graduate account, information on how to sign up is available here.
All applicants will be invited to an Applicant Day where they will be able to find out more about the programme, meet other programme learners, and take part in taster activities to determine which stream is best for you.
