LivUni Grad Academy led by Employers: Virtual projects set to prepare you for the hybrid working world.

Grad Academy is a 3-week online programme for University of Liverpool graduates, based anywhere in the world. As the programme is run entirely online, you can plan your time commitment around work or study and work at a pace that suits you.

The programme is led by real employers who are looking for you to address an authentic business need. You will work in partnership with other grads to consider the employer task over a three-week period, before feeding back to your employer at the end of Week 3.

Participants who make a significant contribution will then be considered for real employer vacancies, a graduate scheme assessment centre, or funded 100-hour internship.

Programme Details

You will be part of a group of graduates who are tasked with addressing a genuine business need. Your group will take autonomy over this project and determine how often you meet, how you address the problem, and how you will present your findings. Programme information and resource bank will be housed via Teams, however graduates can agree upon their preferred method / platform for project planning and communication.

Eligibility criteria

This programme is open to any University of Liverpool graduate, anywhere in the word. The programme can work alongside your full time job, part time job, self employed / free lance work, or help to boost your skillset if you’re currently unemployed.
