Video Interviews
Video interviews are very similar to face-to-face interviews. However, your answers to questions will be recorded and reviewed by the employer later. Typically, you're given a set amount of time to answer each question, and you can answer a practice question before the interview begins.
Shortlist.Me
When you are offered an interview, you need to start thinking about the type of questions you might be asked, the setting in which you will be interviewed, and the strategy you will use to calm your nerves and put your best self forward.
Whether it is a face-to-face or a video style interview, we can help you to prepare using the video interview practice tool Shortlist.Me. It gives you the chance to learn about what to expect during an interview and get instant online feedback to help improve your performance in advance of the real thing.
You can practice from anywhere and find out what questions you might be asked by real employers. After answering each question, you will be given the opportunity to self-assess your response using employer insight as a guide. You can utilise this feedback to enhance your interview technique.
