Neonatal Care Leave

Members of staff are able to take paid leave if their baby is admitted into neonatal care.

The University recognises that that having a baby in neonatal care is an extremely stressful and challenging experience. The University is committed to supporting staff and helping to ensure that that staff can look after their baby alongside looking after their own health and wellbeing.
