Success in CertAVP (Poultry) synoptic exams at the University of Liverpool

Published on

The Veterinary Postgraduate Unit is delighted to announce the successful outcomes for the first cohort of veterinary practitioners sitting the RCVS CertAVP synoptic examination in the poultry designation. The oral synoptic exam, held at the University’s Leahurst campus, marked the conclusion of three years of dedicated study for the five candidates, all of whom are currently working in the poultry sector. This milestone is significant, marking the first-ever RCVS CertAVP (Poultry) qualifications to be awarded.

We extend our congratulations to these individuals for their hard work and success, and wish them all the best in their future careers. Across the duration of their study at Liverpool, and in their successful exam outcomes, each candidate has demonstrated commitment and skill, and an in-depth knowledge and passion for poultry health and welfare.

For those interested in a similar qualification, the University of Liverpool now offers online CertAVP poultry modules, providing accessible learning opportunities for veterinarians looking to enhance their professional and clinical knowledge and skills.
