These should ideally be signed and with appropriate letter heading.

Original or certified academic transcripts
International students who register at the University are required to provide original academic documents (academic transcript, degree certificate and evidence of English) which verify their successfully completed qualifications.
We are directed by the UK Visas and Immigration (UKVI) to request this evidence. Your original academic documents should be presented when you register at the University and further information about this will be provided before you arrive in Liverpool.
If you have a pre-application query, please contact our Enquiries Team on irro@liverpool.ac.uk.
Deadlines
For practical reasons relating to the issuing of visas and to ensure applicants have adequate time to arrive for the start of Welcome Week, we ask international students to apply no later than 31st July of the year in which you intend to start your studies (i.e. 31st July 2021 to begin your studies in September 2021).
If you do not require a visa in order to study in the UK you may continue to make applications until 31st August of the year in which you intend to start your studies.
