Dr Sophie Morris has over 10 years of experience in public engagement and is an accredited educator in the higher education sector. After completing a PhD in Cancer Immunotherapies, Sophie went on to develop her skills in science communication, public engagement and research impact in various roles.
Current work includes public engagement consultancy projects and designing and delivering public engagement training for different organisations across the UK and beyond. Sophie also works as an independent evaluator for universities and third sector organisations.
This episode also includes guest co-host Dr Stella Morgana, who is a British Academy post-doctoral fellow in the Department of Politics at the University of Liverpool. She is also deputy co-chair for the Research Staff Association (UoL RSA), a member of the Concordat Steering Group, and part of the recently launched Women@Liverpool network.
