Job Description
I joined the Prosper team in January 2024 as Stakeholder Development Manager. My role is to build stakeholder relationships, accelerating the roll-out of Prosper across UK Higher Education Institutions (HEIs). I also work closely with both new and existing stakeholders to create a sustainable model, which will facilitate the successful adoption of Proper and maximise its impact.
I bring to this role experience of stakeholder management and managing a funded project within the University of Liverpool. Prior to this, I spent eight years in talent attraction and development within global institutions, Blackstone and Morgan Stanley, where I predominantly worked with those at the earliest stage of their career journey, as well as their line managers.
Through my previous roles, I have developed a passion for promoting career confidence and exploration, coupled with an appreciation for the importance of the role of those who manage employees at such a crucial stage in their career. In this developmental role, they too require structure and guidance as they encourage team members to grow and develop in a direction which allows them to reach their potential.
