Research Overview

My principal research focus is on the cellular and molecular immunology of intrinsic brain tumours and the translational potential of immunotherapeutic strategies in this cohort of patients. My other work has centred around embryological and clinical aspects of CNS congenital anomalies such as hydrocephalus and spinal dysraphism. I am involved in the delivery of several large collaborative studies in these areas. Aside from this, I have a clinical research interest in anatomical and technical considerations in neurosurgery.
