Prior to her postdoc appointment at the University of Liverpool, Dr. Alhadyian obtained her master's and PhD degrees in Molecular, Cellular, and Developmental Biology from the Department of Molecular Biosciences at the University of Kansas, United States. In addition, she was the Program Coordinator of the Maximising Access to Research Careers (MARC) program which is a research training program that provides financial support for undergraduate students interested in pursuing careers in biomedical research to engage and gain experience in research labs.
